We take the protection of information very seriously here at Kuebix! No one besides your customers can see your rates. The rates available in Kuebix are your customers’ direct negotiated rates without any mark ups. No carrier has access to other carriers’ rates in Kuebix. How do my customers obtain their negotiated carrier rates with Kuebix?
Kuebix uses the existing web services or API’s that a carrier makes available, allowing customers to securely access their rates. If a carrier has not built these connections, Kuebix works with the carrier to establish a secure API connection and build the web interface. This is a simple process for the carrier and only needs to occur for the first connection. Once the connection is established, any shipper can independently add you as a connected carrier. Kuebix’s Customer Support team is also there to assist customers with this process.
Is Kuebix a 3PL or a Broker?
No, Kuebix is a neutral, software platform. Our TMS helps shippers, carriers and suppliers take control of their own supply chains, without the need for additional parties!
Does it cost any money to be connected with Kuebix?
No, there is no cost to be a connected carrier with Kuebix.
Do I have to sign anything to be a connected carrier?
No! There is no contract and no financial information is required to connect with Kuebix.
Can my customers access their ‘special’ rates via Kuebix? (Pallet pricing, FAK’s, accessorials, etc.)
Yes! Any type of rate your customers can access on your website can be accessed through Kuebix.
