Automatically connect all carriers, for any mode, with Kuebix. View and compare rates side-by-side to choose the best rate and service level for each shipment, saving time and money in the process.
Reduce freight costs by requesting spot quotes for volume freight using Kuebix Carrier Community. Leverage the power and size of the Kuebix shipping community to get the best volume freight rates at the best service levels.
Save time by booking shipments directly with the carrier through Kuebix transportation management system. Once carriers are connected, freight can be booked in the time it takes to book a flight online.
Empower every stakeholder in the supply chain to have full visibility of critical information in real-time. Customers receive the visibility they need to manage their inbound freight more effectively, and internal stakeholders always have the information they need at their fingertips. Tracking enables better service to be provided to customers.
Generate actionable reports and dashboards that enable understanding of every detail of freight spend. Carrier scorecards, financial analytics and shipment trends help to manage carrier relationships more effectively and ensure that smarter shipping decisions can be made. These analytics help to strategically position companies for decreased spend and increased service levels.
Automatically audit carrier invoices against the approved rate quote for each shipment. Kuebix TMS indicates which bills can be paid and then shows the specific rate exceptions, such as an unexpected lift gate fee or an incorrect detention charge, for the bills that need to be disputed. Once an amount to pay has been determined, automatically deduct the exception from the invoice or approve it for processing. Only spend time looking at the invoices that are incorrect, as all correct invoices are automatically approved and set for remittance based on actual payment terms to better manage cash flows.
Kuebix transportation management software allows users to add important GL codes to invoices for every line item so that accurate landed costs by product can be captured and analyzed.
Manage claims through Kuebix’s Track Claims feature. Maintain all historical claim details to ensure no claims go overlooked.
Leverage the prepay and add functionality to add a percentage or flat rate upcharge to negotiated carrier rates. These additional fees help to cover costs such as shipping, handling and unforeseen accessorials, positively impacting the bottom line
Facilitate the automation of shipment entry by automatically populating orders by the line item directly from an ERP system into Kuebix and then return shipment details back to the ERP system to manage the lifecycle of order information. This means time is saved by never re-keying purchase orders and eliminates user error which can lead to tedious troubleshooting and incorrect deliveries.
Shippers can seamlessly integrate with some of the most popular ERP systems including NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics.
Kuebix TMS automatically audits carrier invoices against the agreed upon rate for the shipment, then rate exception claims are created for mismatches. Save time by only looking at the invoices that are incorrect and manage cash flow by only paying invoices as they come due.
Integrate with any 3rd party e-Commerce, ERP, quoting or warehousing system that uses EDI, open API’s or other standard protocols.
Use Kuebix’s open APIs to add shipment tracking and the ability to rate, book, and schedule delivery right from the company’s own e-commerce website or quoting system. This gives customers a seamless experience where they can manage their orders and deliveries directly from one website, increasing the likelihood of additional or repeat sales.
Building the perfect load is a challenge. There are countless factors to take into consideration such as delivery date, location, class, weight and size. Weighing all of these factors without the help of technology usually results in missed opportunities and wasted resources. Instead of pouring through spreadsheets and manually grouping orders onto a single truck, Kuebix’s Shipment Builder can be leveraged to help logistics teams build and optimize the perfect load every time. With the Shipment Builder, the router or scheduler can view all unscheduled orders in an intuitive portal. By filtering by route, warehouse, order type, commodity group, date for delivery, account or order, they can build a load with the parameters of their choosing. The router or scheduler simply add orders into the Load Builder and builds a route. Users will get alerts if errors such as maximum weight is exceeded.
This application automates the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments to and from the right dock location based on SKU to ensure the correct timeframe loading or unloading. It provides predictive learning to adjust scheduling estimates based on actual results and behaviors. Appointment Scheduler maintains the history of carrier performance to provide the analytics needed to make better decisions (carrier rates vs carrier performance). Virtual warehouse docks are created within Kuebix to allow the client to schedule shipments in real-time based on their inbound flow. Customers can schedule deliveries coming into their facility, view deliveries for the day, and establish standing reservations to block outdoors. As a result, customers can fully utilize their docks and increase delivery volume. Appointment Scheduler
