With the Shipment Builder, the router or scheduler can view all unscheduled orders in an intuitive portal. By filtering by route, warehouse, order type, commodity group, date for delivery, account or order, they can build a load with the parameters of their choosing. The router or scheduler simply add orders into the Load Builder and builds a route. Users will get alerts if errors such as maximum weight is exceeded.

Appointment Scheduler

This application automates the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments to and from the right dock location based on SKU to ensure the correct timeframe loading or unloading. It provides predictive learning to adjust scheduling estimates based on actual results and behaviors. Appointment Scheduler maintains the history of carrier performance to provide the analytics needed to make better decisions (carrier rates vs carrier performance). Virtual warehouse docks are created within Kuebix to allow the client to schedule shipments in real-time based on their inbound flow. Customers can schedule deliveries coming into their facility, view deliveries for the day, and establish standing reservations to block outdoors. As a result, customers can fully utilize their docks and increase delivery volume. Appointment Scheduler
