Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have specified users, locations and monthly rating/booking volumes within your tier.
What support is offered?
We provide you with help docs, video how-to tutorials, and step-by-step guides. As you scale from onKUE through Kuebix, your live support options will scale with you! You will have all the help you need to be fully successful with our TMS!
What modes can I ship?

What carriers are available within OnKue?
5 of your choosing for an OnKue subscription, but up to 100 with OnKue+.
How many LTL/Parcel rate quotes or shipments can I do per month before needing to move to a full Kuebix TMS Subscription?
Yes. With the most basic level of OnKue, the quote limit is 100 per month. It scales up to 800 quotes or shipments a month. If you need more than 800 quotes or shipments a month, then Kuebix will be the best solution for you.

- OnKue Tier 1: 3 users, 1 location, 200 quotes a month
- OnKue Tier 2: 5 users, 5 locations, 400 quotes a month

With OnKue, can I use the platform’s API for integration with my ERP?
In order to integrate directly with your ERP, you would need Kuebix. OnKue has no integration available.
Does OnKue include freight audit and pay (settlement) capabilities?
No. You would need to subscribe to the full Kuebix Platform in order to utilize the platform’s freight audit (match pay) and write-back to ERP/AP capabilities.
